Your Peak trainer realizes that since there are a variety of unseen factors in your life that affect your daily constitution, you may not always be able to train at 100% of your peak capacity for every session. So rather than rigidly adhering to a pre-set regimented program, we adapt each session accordingly. You can rest assured that for every Peak workout you experience, you will train at whatever maximum capacity you are capable of for that hour - guaranteed.
- Intensity, intensity, intensity. Your Peak trainer will set the intensity of your session at a level appropriate for you as an individual - neither above nor below your optimal level - allowing you to reach your goals in the safest & most efficient way possible.
- Complete focus on you. You will receive a training program that is 100% tailored to your needs and goals - guaranteed. Unlike a cookie-cutter approach, where each client is trained the same way regardless of their ability, goals and enjoyment, Peak puts focuses completely on your needs and goals; it's what we do.
